As I am currently unable to run this course in person, I am taking it ONLINE! There will be 6 weekly sessions starting on Tuesday 13th October 8-9pm. In this course, you will learn how to become a fat burner, to plan your plate to lose weight while still feeling full and to identify aspects of your lifestyle which might be preventing you from losing weight. Pre-booking is essential.
